Off A Cliff is the latest release off the upcoming Lo-Fi And Feels II
Off A Cliff is the long awaited collaboration with super producer John Diamond. When I first heard the instrumental, I knew it would be a perfect addition to my Lo-Fi and Feels catalog. With the live instruments and somber vibe, this track isn’t what you would normally expect from a hip hop track. But this art form can be more than trap beats and flexing, and the instrumental inspired a more contemplative and experimental opportunity.
Fans of mine will know that I never hesitate to add vocals and harmonies to my raps. I’m especially proud of the sung parts in Off A Cliff. Not to take anything away from the rap lyrics, which are deep and introspective. But the melody and harmony add depth that is all too lacking in modern music. And I couldn’t be more proud of the final product.
features and friends is now live
Features and Friends is a hip hop album for hip hop heads. The concept was to bring together industry LEGENDS with up and coming, or lesser known artists to bridge the gap between those who are well known and those who deserve more shine. And I couldn’t be happier with the final product.
Every verse is intentional and perfect for its position. Each of the features are given, and took their opportunity to shine. Personally, I couldn’t be more proud of this project and how it came together. I’m stoked to be able to share a track with artists I’ve always respected and rappers I know are going to do big things, if given the chance. The album is my attempt to give them that.
